One photo identity proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar Card) of the guest and both parents, duly self-attested, must be submitted at the time of admission.

The security deposit and monthly fees must be paid at the time of admission. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of departure, subject to deductions if any.

Monthly fees and other applicable charges must be deposited on or before the 10th of every month.

Guests are permitted to enter and exit the premises only between 6:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.

Parents and only pre-approved guests are allowed to meet the resident inside the ground floor lobby only.

Meals must be availed only in the designated dining area.

Guests shall be responsible for and must compensate for any damage caused to the property due to their actions.

Guests will be provided with a specific room, bed, cupboard, and personal locker, as per availability and choice.

Guests are requested to keep their personal belongings at their own risk.

The management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of guests.

Any guest found involved in criminal or immoral activities will be immediately evicted without prior notice.

Violation of any rules, regulations, or misconduct will result in termination of stay and denial of entry.

Either the guest or the host has the right to terminate the agreement by giving a prior written notice of two English calendar months to the other party.
